• AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case.
• You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.
• Service behavior may change as underlying AI models and safeguards evolve.

5. Intellectual Property

Mempat retains ownership of the service, software, models, trademarks, and platform materials, except where applicable law or separate agreement provides otherwise.

6. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including introducing or removing features, limits, or pricing.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mempat is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses arising from reliance on AI outputs or service interruptions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore unless a different governing law is required by applicable consumer protection rules.
